ПРОБЛЕМА ТОЛЬКО С MAIL.RU
Использую прокси OOPS. Некоторое время назад при работе с web-интерфейсом mail.ru начались проблемы. При заходе на mail.ru все ок. Закодим в почту выдает

Can't connect to host.

Permission denied

Please, check URL.

Generated by Oops.

Обнавляем страницу, все ок, заходим дальше опять выдает эт сообщение и т.д. На машине где oops стоит named. Обратил внимание что если с ней пинговать mail.ru то выдает постоянно разные ip адреса. Если проксей не пользвоваться то все ок.

Развернул squid в минимальной конфиругации:
